• CARE

:: Use a soft, clean, and dry cloth to gently brush any dust or dirt off from the center of the product outwards
:: We recommend saving your shipping box to store your wrapping paper until ready for use.

• HOW TO ORDER

:: From the Drop Down Menu, please select your desired size and finish.
:: Personalization : Fill out the template in the personalization box with your info, for each line. Double check the name is spelled correctly, as that is how it will appear on the finished product.

• TURNAROUND & SHIPPING TIME

:: Production and shipping times indicated on each item are estimates only. High season, Holidays, Weather etc. are all beyond our control and can have an impact on these estimates.
:: Please make sure your address on file with Etsy is current. We will not be responsible for any outdated or incorrect shipping information provided.
:: I am the designer behind every product that you see in my shop. I personalize each design with your information but I work with a printing partner to have your design printed and shipped directly to you from my printing partner. • RETURN • EXCHANGE • CANCELLATION

:: We cannot offer a return or exchange of the product if a personalization was added but if there is an issue with your order, please contact us. If we made a spelling mistake, we will gladly mail a new product to you.
:: Please note that we print words as they are typed by the buyer. Make sure you double check all spelling before submitting. We realize mistakes happen, so we offer buyers a 2 hour window after the order is placed to make any changes.
